As my friend tried to board a boat to the beach he and his colleagues were trying to get to, one passenger already in the boat told him they couldn’t come and would have to wait for the next boat. As the boat seemed to have plenty of room, my friend insisted that they should be allowed to go. The man insisted that they shouldn’t. Finally, as my friend started to step on to the boat, the man cocked his hand back and slapped him across the face. After passing through the shock of having been slapped, my friend was about to go at the man, but was held back. This was not a man you can hit back. This was the vice minister of tourism. Welcome to Angola.
